The Akaliait Development Foundation (AKADEF) serves as the development arm of the Teso Chiefdom, working to preserve the rich cultural heritage of the Ateker people while promoting inclusive social and economic development.
Our programmes are designed to empower communities through education, vocational skills, health initiatives, agriculture, cultural preservation, entrepreneurship, and child protection. Every initiative reflects our commitment to sustainable, community-led solutions that create lasting impact for present and future generations.
